Description
Leading multiple projects is one thing. Converting strategy into sustained organizational outcomes—amid shifting priorities, risks, politics, and limited budgets—is program management. This course takes you beyond theory into the operating system of real programs: how to align with strategy, architect benefits, govern effectively, integrate delivery, and transition outcomes that last.
You’ll learn through concise live lessons and assignment. Every framework is paired with a ready-to-use template and a “how it sounds in the room” narrative for executive conversations. For exam success, you’ll practice with 2 full mocks, plus a study plan mapped to the latest PgMP® ECO.
If you want both the credential and the skill to run programs that create measurable value, this is for you.
